Deep fatigue. Experiencing things that are contrary to our normal life. Not wanting to exercise when that is your bent. It feels shocking and like something needs to be unscrambled. Thanks for transparency. You’ve taught me more than anyone to use our curiosity in the hard and it’s become my favorite thing. He meets us and reveals Himself every time. That phrase “revealed Himself” showed up in scripture several times this morning. I love that. He’s not hiding, but when we show up to tell Him we are listening and He’s faithful. May you be restored and rested ♥️ Birds singing has always been my reminder. When I’m too busy, I never notice them. But when I stop, it’s so delightful to hear their chatter. 😊

I totally get the talking bones! Love your honesty and praying for your “bones” to carry you into flourishing well with a rested soul (even warriors need rest), more dreams and a fresh perspective for this beautiful gift of a new season. Sometimes we just need a new pace of life that works better with our bones. 🌸 So thankful for you and who God has made you to be!🎉

I've lived this! It was actually WLWG that helped me start to rise out of it and feel hope rather than continual defeat 💪🏼 with the power of the Holy Spirit and your proclamation of the Word of God as the life of your ministry, do you feel it is an attack of the enemy upon you? Or would define it differently? I'm curious!

Thank you for sharing! Is it just me or do others struggle to get back on the movement train after a n illness. I've suffered two colds back to back and have no energy to start exercising again. I'm so glad you are offering the 5 day next week....let's get MOVING!

"My bones are getting close to being on life support." That is the most accurate description of how this Caregiving for 3 elderly parents season feels in my body. It's all nervous system strain and emotional weight and it's relentless. Do I move my body to release the stress? Or do I let my body collapse and sleep? Even that constant discernement brings a new level of decision fatigue. In it with you and utterly grateful the Holy Spirit always wins the game.
