I’m a walker and love to listen and walk.

If I was in AZ I’d be there. Speaking of that, where can I find information about the retreat on the mountain.

I enjoyed listening on my morning walk! I’m going through the LPR half marathon training again, so I’m thankful for some more wisdom to listen to.

I am walker and a talker!!!! 👋🏼

Tell me more about eating before a workout. I usually always work out fasted with the exception that I do drink my collagen in tea before I workout, is that enough or do I need more?

What are your thoughts on dairy?

Man I wish I live in Arizona!!!!

If your body can tolerate dairy, then enjoy. But if after you eat your gassy, bloody, rumbly stomach, or perhaps any skin conditions occur, then take a break for seven days and see if it gets better. As far as intermittent fasting those, as women are cortisol level spike 30 minutes after we wake up. so it’s best to have something in our stomach before working out. Otherwise compounding or stress response, lowering our performance in our Workout, and suffering the hormonal effects and down regulates our metabolism. It doesn’t have to be a big meal. Just eat a little something. For me..1/2 a banana and a tbsp PB.
