The fact that you want it means you’re getting it. Little by little. The worlds way is immediate gratification and before and afters in no time. But God sees your heart and says “That’s my good daughter with whom I’m well pleased.” Stay the course!

Alisa, these podcasts are like little treasures in my week. Thank you so much for sharing what God is putting on your heart. I have been feeling a strong nudge from the Holy Spirit to pursue greater food freedom and how amazing is it that RW is doing a challenge focused on just that! If possible, I would love to join a small group if you are planning to do that. Thank you and God bless you!

I just thank God for the revelations He's giving you. You serve as a vessel of strength for some of us who've lost it and you encourage me to keep going. I want to live healthy and whole and I don't want to do it the world's way. But discerning God's way is hard for me amidst all the noise. So I'm grateful for your voice 🤗 . I'm looking forward to the email about the small group for Food is not the boss of me

I just love sitting and thinking with you ;-) I have been sick the last week and one thing I know now, I don't have to shame myself for resting. I don't have to feel shame for not eating this or that, or getting this much water in. Like the sweatshirt says...Shame off You! Thank you for your willingness to come to us each week and remind us of where our gaze should be!

Thank you Alisa for sharing your rich personal experience and wisdom the Lord has shown you about faith based health & wholeness. In addition to your book & ministry programs & podcast, this blog/podcast is a wonderful personal meeting place to exchange thoughts & experiences. I look forward to the new RW food challenge if it involves prayer and following the Holy Spirit, something I have been seeking after God diverted my life & career 3 decades ago, leading me to my journey with God’s path for my healing and recovery from decades of trauma and disabling neuroendocrine-immune disorders. After another series of events since 2018 led to further decline in my health, after stabilization, I am revisiting eating intuitively again, but with much more strict adherence to the Holy Spirit’s guidance since I am learning how our intuition can be ‘perverted’ or programmed incorrectly by responding for survival to past experiences in the brain and emotional (unconscious) parts of ourselves. I would love to join your group with the new program on food if it involves the Holy Spirit, which i am hoping it will, given your previous programs.

Thanks for the reminder to wonder Alisa. I’ve enjoyed these quiet moments listening and thinking. Sitting still is definitely a discipline I’m re-learning. God opened a door for me at my local Y and is using Rev in so many different ways. In my excitement I can’t seem to slow down, always wanting to learn in order to share. I have been freed from the control of food but now my struggle is caring enough about it to feed myself well. I am content with simple (but healthy) and find that I eat the same few things rather than a variety. Praying for God to keep the reminder in front of me to fuel my body not only with intention, but also with a variety of all the good He has provided. ❤️ You’re a blessing!
