I sprained my sacroiliac joint Nov 2023 and have been battling that pain since then, trying to figure out what I can do that doesn't aggravate that joint- I'm so encouraged that this workout did not!! Thank you so much for this!! Cardio has always been my bend. Our stories are smiling in that way. I had a time in my life that I strength trained a lot, too and I do miss it. I also know that I need it now more than ever. I struggle with jumping in. This 10 minute workout will be perfect. As a FTGP, I’m excited to share with the ladies I train, as well. Thank you!
Just used this format yesterday in the HQ workshop we had with 50 people. We didn’t have enough bands or weights so we did this and i can promise you, it was sufficient and they all loved/hated :)
I’m all in. 10 minutes is completely doable. Dr Lyons was a speaker at a health summit I attended a couple of summers ago. I missed meeting her at the reception but she was great.

I have lots of muscle on my body with a small layer of fat. I tend to bulk pretty easily. My body is great when it comes to functionality. I can help my husband by lifting heavy things, I walk my dog a ton, I have energy to work and take care of my family. I care for my home. I love lifting heavy and I also love plyometrics. I eat a ton of protein and probably a little too much healthy fat. I know that if I would just count my macros I can loose some fat. I feel great internally UNTIL I see myself in the mirror or see my reflection in the door or window. Then I lose it! I feel like such a chunky monkey. I immediately go into starting tomorrow I need to track my macros, what do I need to cut out of my diet, get on YouTube and check out the latest weight loss info. I am on a hamster wheel and it’s insane! I’ve asked the Lord to help me see me the way that He sees me and I do good for a while then I get lost again. Please help!

I'm in. I have to say the first time made me feel like a noodle. But second round I already felt a little stronger and went a little deeper.
The gains are already happening. Do it 2-3xs a week and feel stronger soon!

I was feeling like I needed to start building muscle again. I lean towards cardio and stretching. I am in.
