Thank you for all the information and your candidness! I don’t do social media, so I really appreciate this platform. I do have a question though that is a little off topic, but when I saw “coaching class” I got all excited and thought this might be an appropriate place to ask. I have been wanting to ask you about how you got started in writing. I have on my heart a desire to write and feel as though I have an important message I’m supposed to share, but don’t know how to get started. You might already have a resource you put together on this, or have done a podcast but I have not seen or heard it. Do you have any podcasts that you listen too, or workshops you attended? Mentors? I would really appreciate any suggestions. Thank you😁
Alisa, sharing one more reflection on your sharing. Your parenting approach sounds so good for even all coaches to follow with their clients, especially as I keep hearing messages from biblical teachers I follow that when leading or coaching others, or in counseling, we as Christians lead our care or coaching receivers to Christ & Scripture with the Holy Spirit and not take God’s place in leading others. I am so needing to hear that after decades of leading others in a more directional way, especially as I am considering publishing something God has placed on my heart and for the last few months.He has been refining in my mind (& heart) the messages I would share
So important for us to let our kids mess up and work their way through life. Can't wait to see what your daughter has to say. I admire your willingness to let her shift and be sifted. God is not done with any of us, and we are all being shifted and sifted from where we have once been. We need to give others the grace to do so as well, and not expect them to be perfect or stay in the same ideals forever.
How did your coaching class go? Sad I could not attend but God put me in the perfect group & served me up a feast of blessings and answers to long standing prayers I thought He forgot or considered unimportant So amazing what God can do when we let go of our deepest desires trusting His desires are even better! You & Revelation Wellness & Instructor (ongoing) training has helped me so very much! God bless you Most abundantly Alisa, which I sense you already are enjoying most fully! ❤️❤️
Interested to see what she has to say. My hubby was asking me about a “new” song that he saw his high school students going crazy over at a dance recently. I asked him what it was and he told me some of the lyrics…it was Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus from 2009 😆😆 I said it was almost older than they were! Lol! Strange how many are going back to the “old” music 😉
One more question for future discussion as it related to health God’s way: if you have seen episode 2 of Season 3 of The Chosen , I would love to hear your reaction to how health & healing is approached theologically through the character of Jesus in that episode.
Hello, Alisa! It gives me joy to hear you enjoyed your time in New York with your family! It is always nice to hear you are blessed since you exhibit so much joy in all you do for Rev.W. I am still praying about the small group because I know already I have 2 commitments at the time of the live meetings but continuing to pray. It would be great if we could ‘purchase’ a spot at one meeting if seats still open after you close the coaching group for all 3 sessions. I am hesitant to opt in for replays unless my prayer leads to that option. One more important question for me is the group sign up includes a statement that I have no serious health issues that was not required when I registered for the FINTBOM program so not sure if I can be in the small coaching group given several serious health issues since childhood. I never saw a restriction for disabled people before but I totally accept your boundaries. Have a wonderful Christmas with your family!
