Happy (closing in on) end of Summer, friends!

We are closing in on the dog days of Summer. As promised in various online spaces, I am excited to open up another round of small group coaching through some content that I feel VERY passionate about our metabolism. 

I've spent a lot of time recently learning about hormones for women of a particular age. Through that study, I've walked away with some interesting knowledge that goes even DEEPER than our hormones: our metabolic health, i.e., our bodies' production and implementation of energy.

Our health issues are not food or exercise issues but, at the core, energy breakdown issues. Without the power that makes you YOU, you would cease to be. 

Come learn some exciting things that make you, YOU, and support God's Truth of who you are as we get to the bottom of what holds you back from making the choices to increase your hope and good energy. 

If you're facing health challenges, feeling low on energy, and finding it hard to follow through with what you know is best for you, this coaching group is for you. Join us as we embark on a journey back to good energy, with a focus on the God of your body. This is an opportunity to learn from me and the One who provides wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and peace. Rest assured, this is no ordinary coaching group!

• A six-week online coaching group

• Tuesday, September 10th-October 15th

• 7 pm EST

• 75 minutes

• Limited to 12 people

• Community & accountability within those six weeks
